Second time with Maid in Town. They cleaned out place before we moved in and did such a good job we hired them for monthly service. They just completed the first monthly service and did another fantastic job. Very happy we have hired them!

I scheduled Maid in Town, owned by Edna Beaumont, two weeks in advance to clean two separate properties. Their website wouldn’t let me book two properties with two separate cards, so I called Santiago (who I believe is the staff manager) directly. He took the second card’s 16-digit number over the phone and assured me there would be no issues on the day of the appointments. On the day of their visits, I checked my accounts and found that the card for the first property had been charged twice. I notified them of their error right away by text and tried calling to get it corrected. Instead of fixing the error, they canceled both appointments entirely. This was incredibly unprofessional. Their own policy requires an in-person walkthrough of the home before service — they don’t accept photos, they insist on seeing it themselves. I respected that and rearranged my schedule to be available for their visit, only to have them double-charge my card and then cancel on me instead of resolving their own mistake.

The employees were very kind and thorough throughout the process. They were great at communicating what they were going to do and did their job above and beyond what they said they would. I was very happy with the clean and the house looked great after they finished up.

What a great cleaning experience! After a few less-than-great experiences with other cleaners, I was really hoping Maid in Town would be different. They exceeded every expectation. Their attention to detail is the strongest we’ve seen from any cleaning service. Santiago was not only kind and professional, but genuinely thoughtful — he even fixed a closet doorknob that had fallen off without being asked. Every interaction, from walking through the house to engaging with our pets, felt considerate. My partner and I kept remarking on how much lighter and calmer the house felt after they came. It was a noticeable shift. Finding this team is such a relief, and I wholeheartedly give them my highest recommendation for anyone seeking a truly stellar cleaning service. We're looking forward to becoming "regulars"!

Maid In Town was fantastic for our move in cleaning! We had asked to place particular attention to the kitchen and they did a fantastic job with it - the fridge was spotless and odorless and the cabinet interior was wiped clean. Would certainly recommend them if needing a thorough deep clean!

I accidentally purchased a gift card before realizing Maid in Town doesn’t service my area in Colorado. I reached out to customer service, and Santiago responded almost immediately, was incredibly kind and understanding, and processed my refund with no hassle at all. Even though I wasn’t able to use their cleaning services, I was really impressed by the professionalism, communication, and customer care. Great experience overall!
